Diana Verde Nieto is a globally recognised business and sustainability leader, and the author of Reimagining Luxury: How to Build a Sustainable Future for Your Brand. She is the founder of Edify Collective, a pioneering microlearning platform helping companies build the critical capabilities needed to embed sustainability into every job function and drive future-ready growth.
With over 20 years of experience scaling ventures and advising global organisations, Diana brings a commercial lens to sustainability, working with business leaders to turn strategy into action. Edify Collective’s mission is to close the skills gap through targeted, accessible learning that empowers entire workforces to lead on sustainability, innovation, and resilience.
Diana began her career in 2002 by founding one of the world’s first sustainability communications consultancies, which she exited in 2010. She then co-founded Positive Luxury, a company accelerating sustainable transformation in the luxury sector, where she served as CEO until July 2022.
She currently advises the British Beauty Council, Watts 1874, and formerly the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs.
